- Very patient, sweet, and eager to please.
- Gets along well in mixed herds (mares and geldings).
- Needs gentle encouragement when trying new things, but is willing and kind.

- May take a few minutes to catch in a large pasture but is easy to halter once caught.
- Prefers to take her time when walking with her handler.
- Stands tied and stands well for grooming, bathing, fly spray, and farrier.
- Blankets easily — after the first time, she no longer needs to be tied.
- Stands ground‑tied for grooming and loves the attention.
- Trailer loads well when led inside; used to a straight‑load trailer.
- Does not have a lot of saddle time.
- Lunges on a lunge line at walk, trot, and canter in both directions.
- Introduced to obstacles and handles them confidently.
- Unphased by tarps.
- Walks through cowboy curtain.
- Crosses bridge calmly.
- Worked obstacles with a tractor running in the background.
- Very steady, brave, and willing during desensitization work.
