Jack Sparrow

Jack Sparrow was found estray by the sheriff's department. When his owners could not be located, the county turned him over to BEHS. Jack Sparrow turned out to be a sweet guy who was easy to teach and loved people. His foster mom worked hard to find him a home, working with him and taking him to events to meet people. He met his adopter at one event, and she was able to take him home this past weekend. He goes to keep a horse company and become a part of his new family. Congrats to Jack Sparrow and his new family!

Jack Sparrow is gentle and friendly. He can be haltered, leads some, and is great for the farrier. He is pastured with full size horses and a miniature horse and is fine with them all, bottom of the pecking order. He is a sweet donkey, and will come up to you in the pasture, and loves to be scratched and rubbed. Jack Sparrow is young enough to be taught to pull a cart or simply enjoyed as a family pet.
